You can contact PCS Technical Support using any of the following methods (although we recommend that you try them in the order shown to get the best possible service):


IMPORTANT - TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUESTS VIA THE INTERNET NOT CREATED WITH OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT PAGE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IN A TIMELY MANNER (BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HAVE A TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUEST ID NUMBER AND WILL NOT MAKE IT INTO OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT DATABASE).   PLEASE DIRECT ALL OF YOUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT QUESTIONS THROUGH OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUEST PAGE.  However, if you do not receive a response within 48 hours, feel free to resend your technical support request via standard E-Mail marking the request with the subject: "Technical Support: [product name, version number]".
