Welcome to the PCS on-line order client system, which provides you with a secure method of purchasing products through the Internet no matter what browser you use. To order products and ensure security, we have developed software which does not relyupon a secure capable browser or email system to transfer credit card information across the net.

To use the SEOS, you to download the client software, install it on a machine connected to the internet. It is a "ZIP" files so you need to use a decompression program like unzip to extract the files. It creates a new directory PCSORDER (for example if you are using pkunzip you would type "pkunzip -d pcsorder" to create the directory). You then connect to the Internet in your usual manner.

After your connection is created, start the client software by typing "PCSORDER" in the PCSORDER directory, (or create a program object on the desktop) then just follow the onscreen prompts. The SEOS contains a current product catalog, including any new products, updates, or special programs that PCS is offering.

When you send your order it is encrypted and sent directly to the PCS Secure Electronic Ordering System Server. Our SEOS Server will file the order send a confirming email to you immediately (to verify your order is recieved), our shipping department will process the order (within 1 business day, often the same day), and then the product will be setup for electronic download or mailed to you via standard or express mail (its your choice).

When you order is ready to download you will receive an E-Mail letting you know. You then use the client software (PCSORDER.EXE) to retrieve your order electronically.

You connect to the internet, start the client software and select Retrieve Filled Order, enter your confirmation number, and download the software to your local drive.

With the PCS Secure Electronic Ordering System there is no danger that credit card information will be intercepted and misused as can happen with standard e-mail based ordering systems.

Further, I agree I will in no way hold Perez Computing Services responsible for the use or misuse or failure of this client software.
