How to contact PCS Technical Support

You can contact PCS Technical Support using any of the following methods (although we recommend that you try them in the order shown to get the best possible service):

IMPORTANT - TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUESTS VIA THE INTERNET NOT CREATED WITH OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT PAGE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IN A TIMELY MANNER (BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HAVE A TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUEST ID NUMBER AND WILL NOT MAKE IT INTO OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT DATABASE).   PLEASE DIRECT ALL OF YOUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT QUESTIONS THROUGH OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUEST PAGE.  However, if you do not receive a response within 48 hours, feel free to resend your technical support request via standard E-Mail marking the request with the subject: "[product name, version number]".

     

Internet E-mail responses via our technical support page (Help me now!), responses usually within two business days, often much sooner (many questions are answered within hours of your query depending on the number of outstanding queries that must be responded to).   PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS PRESENTLY UNAVAILABLE.
